We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send the item back until you have communicated with us. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect (including personalized items), please contact our customer care email: email@example.com for further instructions.
If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item (including personalized items that were not made correctly), you will receive a refund or exchange upon your request. If this is the case with your item, shipping and handling charges will be refunded. Damaged products or products with missing parts/items must be reported within 10 days of receipt or product and/or shipping charges may be incurred.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and, if completed, your money will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. It usually takes 3-7 business days to process.
